About The Program
Students enrolled in the PC Support Technician program will receive training on computer hardware and the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems.
As a PC Support Technician graduate, you will qualify for positions such as: Desk Support Technician, Hardware Installation Technician, Help Desk Technician, Software Installation Technician, and User Support Technician.

Students who successfully complete this program will be eligible to write certification exams leading to the following designations: CompTIA A+ and MDAA Windows 10. Students have the option to purchase 2 certification exam vouchers to write the certifications they wish to pursue.
