triOS College Accessibility Statement

triOS College is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. We engage in efforts necessary to meet online usability and web page design requirements recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in its Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA.

ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS

For the purposes of this policy triOS College will use the Worldwide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1, Level AA Conformance (WCAG 2.1 Level AA) as “the Standards.” We use software tools to regularly test and evaluate the accessibility of our website and to make improvements by partnering with National Compliance Group.

Recognizing the ongoing evolution of current web content and technologies, National Compliance Group will continue to test triOS College on an ongoing basis for accessibility and report accessibility issues for this website. Any features found to be inaccessible will be addressed in a timely manner.

THIRD PARTY SITES

Throughout this website, we make use of different third-party PDFs, applications and websites. These PDFs, applications and websites, which are not controlled by triOS College, may present challenges for individuals with disabilities that we are not able to control or remedy.

ACCOMMODATION

In order to meet our accessibility goals, we welcome input, feedback, concerns, complaints, and/or compliments related to accessibility with the content on our website or accessibility of one of our campuses. To provide feedback or to share your concerns, please contact us at info@trios.com or 1-800-898-7467. We can arrange to make the feedback process accessible.

MULTI-YEAR ACCESSIBILITY PLAN

The goal of triOS College’s multi-year accessibility plan is to identify, prevent, and remove barriers to inclusion and is an organizational priority in line with legislative requirements. The Plan is a strategic road map that will build and sustain an inclusive and diverse organization while contributing to supporting communities and transforming lives. In line with our values of creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment, the Accessibility Plan will also advance triOS College’s continued commitment to creating and nurturing an inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment.
