We are pleased to announce that Craig Donaldson will assume the role of President of the triOS Education Group (TEG), effective November 21, 2024. TEG is the parent company of triOS College and Eastern College.
In his new role, Craig will serve as President for both Colleges as well as the parent company.
Over the past 16 years, Craig has been a vital leader at triOS. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in early 2024 as part of our succession planning process. In his previous role as Executive Vice President, International, Craig was instrumental in developing and leading our public-private partnerships with Sault College and Mohawk College.

As part of this transition, former President Stuart Bentley will become Chair of the triOS Education Group. CEO Frank Gerencser will continue to lead the organization’s government relations, new business development, and strategic opportunities.

Craig is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria. Craig joined the organization as Director of Finance and Administration in 2008 and led our Finance and Administration teams as Executive Vice President of Finance until 2019. Throughout his tenure, Craig has made significant and impactful contributions, including leading the successful acquisition of Eastern College in 2014, implementing our Online Training division in 2019, and launching and expanding our International Student partnerships. Additionally, he served on the Board of Career Colleges of Ontario from 2010 to 2015.
