triOS College Business Technology Healthcare and Eastern College have announced that they will be awarding a total of 10 bursaries to refugees or protect persons residing in Canada.
With the rising number of citizens seeking safe haven in Canada, there is a rising need for support.
triOS and Eastern College would like to provide assistance to those who are considering post-secondary education.
“triOS and Eastern College are dedicated to helping improve lives,” said Stuart Bentley, President of triOS Corporation. “We believe that by offering this bursary to refugees that have landed in Canada to begin new lives, we are providing them with the assistance they need to succeed.” Refugees are people who have left their home countries due to a fear of persecution. These citizens flee their homes in war-torn countries in hopes to begin their lives over again in a country free from tyranny.
triOS College is working hard to help to create a platform for refugees and protected persons residing in Canada to rebuild their lives and feel at home in this country.
The Refugee Bursary provided by triOS is valued up to the lessor of $10,000 or the cost of first year tuition, and can be used towards a full-time diploma program at any of our thirteen campuses located across Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
