Current Opportunities
One of our most important goals is to make triOS a great place to work.
One of our most important goals is to make triOS a great place to work. This goal is best measured by our ability to develop a corporate culture that attracts and retains exceptional people and allows us to grow our business.
At triOS, we support our employees in pursuit of their career aspirations. We provide ongoing career and professional development through a variety of external and internal courses, on-the-job coaching, and by posting all our job opportunities internally for staff to apply to.
We have identified certain competencies that are required for each job so that you will know what skills you will need to develop to further your career with triOS. In addition, our employees have identified key behaviours that demonstrate living our Vision, Mission and Core Values in the day-to-day functions of each job role at the college. These behaviours have been summarized and now make-up our job-specific Performance Culture documents.
We are confident that our culture, combined with multiple career opportunities and a competitive compensation plan, makes triOS a place where professionals can thrive and develop.

Fraudulent Employment Related Phishing Scams
We have been made aware that there are some fraudulent employment related phishing scams on the internet using the triOS Corporation or triOS College brand. triOS will never offer a job to a candidate without having met with the candidate completing a formal interview process first. triOS will also never ask you to disclose personal details such as your home address, phone number and/or email, over email or a chat service in order for the college to issue you an offer for a job. All communication about job offers will be sent using official triOS email, we do not use @gmail.com email addresses. If you have not been interviewed formally for a position with the College, we ask that you use a level of care and caution in responding to any request that looks like it is coming from the College.
