TORONTO – triOS College is excited to announce its updated Paralegal Diploma Program. This 60-week program, which includes an 8-week internship, has been enhanced to provide students with the most relevant and current legal education, fully preparing them to become Licensed Paralegals accredited by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
Paralegals play a critical role in the legal system, offering essential support to lawyers, law offices, government agencies, and corporations. The updated program at triOS College is designed to meet the evolving needs of the legal industry, ensuring graduates are ready to excel in their careers.
The revised curriculum covers a wide range of legal topics, including provincial offences, tribunal practices (such as WSIB and statutory accident benefits), residential landlord and tenant law, and civil litigation within Small Claims Court limits, ensuring that students gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape.

Over the course of an 8-week internship, students will gain hands-on experience in real-world settings. This practical training is complemented by mock trials and legal research projects, helping students to develop their skills and confidence. Upon graduation, students will be prepared to work independently, offering legal services in various areas, including provincial offences, tribunal practices, residential landlord and tenant law, and civil litigation within Small Claims Court limits.
