About The Program
Build practical skills in IT support, systems administration, and networking. This 45-week diploma program prepares students to support end users, administer Windows client and server environments, manage Linux systems, maintain network infrastructure, and troubleshoot common technical issues.
Through hands-on training, practical activities, and IT service management practices, you will develop the technical and professional skills needed to support day-to-day IT operations as part of a technical team.
The program includes an 8-week, 160-hour internship, giving you the opportunity to apply your skills in a professional workplace and gain valuable industry experience before graduating.
Small class sizes provide access to instruction and support from qualified instructors. The program also prepares you to pursue eligible industry-recognized certification exams from CompTIA and Microsoft, with four certification exam vouchers provided.
In this program, you will learn how to use online resources, advanced search techniques, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support technical problem-solving and complete industry-focused tasks where applicable.

The program is delivered through live, instructor-led Online Remote classes. Scheduled sessions through Microsoft Teams provide the flexibility of remote learning with real-time interaction, discussion, and instructor support.

This 45-week program is delivered through live, instructor-led Online Remote classes and includes an 8-week internship. Through hands-on training and practical activities, students gain experience in:

- Security fundamentals
Students also complete Digital Literacy, Student Success Strategies, and Career Planning and Preparation courses to support academic success and employment readiness.

Admission Requirements
You must:
- have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
OR
- be at least 18 years old when or before the program begins AND pass a qualifying test* that has been approved by the Superintendent. (The approved qualifying test for this program is the Wonderlic test with a passing score of 18.)
* If you’re applying from other Canadian provinces, you must:
- be at least 19 years old,
- be out of high school for at least 1 year when the program starts, and
- successfully pass an academic achievement test.
