Primary Responsibility:

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide quality delivery of assigned Equine Massage Therapy courses utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment. Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and as required, grading class tests, assignments, and exams. Responsibilities also include transporting students to & from barns as well as marking oral practical exams.

The Equine Massage Therapy Instructor will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion


  • Valid driver’s license to drive a school van to transport students to & from barns.
  • Diploma from an equine massage therapy program.
  • Currently practicing equine massage therapy.
  • Up to date registration with the International Federation of Registered Equine Massage Therapist would be an asset.

Hours of Work:

This will be a part-time position. Hours of work will either be 8am – 12pm or 1pm – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
